Tanja Skaza, director of the Skaza Institute and co-owner of the company Plastika Skaza is a successful manager, an excellent entrepreneur, widely involved in the Slovenian economic environment.
She is an entrepreneur of a new generation of economists, which forms Skaza into one of the first modern companies in Slovenia and the region. A company with more than 40 years of tradition and more than 300 employees, one of the 1000 most inspiring companies in
Europe. With almost 20 years of leadership experience, feminine energy, ambitious goals, respect for people, and interpersonal relationships, she leads her team by example and inspiration.
This year, she and her husband founded the Skaza Institute because it follows its mission and wants to pass on its knowledge and experience to people and organizations to achieve their goals and realize their potential through personal and business growth.

Thematic Lectures

Starting presentation with the analysis of the impact on internationalization in different countries, we will make an overview of the impact on FDI activities and start-ups development. It changed the behavior of business partners and indicated changes in the organization of supply chains. The final part of the presentation will include recommendations for the internationalization activities of SMEs and trends in services of SME supporting institutions.

Andraž Štalec is the CEO and co-founder of Red Orbit, the leading digital performance agency in the Adriatic region. He is recognized as one of the best strategists and experts on digital marketing in Europe. His passion to follow trends and apply them to existing in-depth knowledge of data, analytics, and performance is making him a great strategist with the ability to apply knowledge to practice. He will present digital marketing trends and have a look, what awaits us in the future of the digital world.

Aleš will speak about how to support SMEs to launch their "second life" projects. Decision-making is increasingly based on data that provides us with insights into understanding current events. One of the key competencies that will be the foundation of digital marketing in the future is understanding the environment, analyzing data, and making data-savvy decisions. We will present digital trends and look at what awaits us in the future.

The latest health crisis has accelerated the growth of digital business and, in particular, the use of all digital communications, including video. But what does this mean for our businesses? What has actually changed and how can we seize this opportunity? We will try to look at all these trends and see how do they change the game for local businesses. And how do they add to the existing tools (like the boom in e-commerce) to give us the opportunities to expand our business that we never had before?
